At Tapo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart home experience. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tapo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the device is factory reset and placed in its original packaging with all included power adapters, mounting hardware, and manuals.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
